Weapons Systems Fluid Control Products

The Military relies on Marotta fluid control products to provide the precision and reliability essential for military weapons systems. Marotta valves control the high-powered airborne chemical laser under development to protect us from ballistic missiles. The unique challenges of this application include the pure iodine and high temperature line fluids.

High Pressure Axial Flow Isolation Valve for Xenon Gas Cooling of Seeker Head – 7000 psig operating pressure, optimum size to weight ratio
  High Flow Pilot-Operated Solenoid Valve –small solenoid-operated pilot valve uses inlet pressure to keep the main valve closed, then force it open when power is applied
  Specialty Solenoid Valves – direct acting valves include a current limiter to reduce electric current after the valve is opened, to reduce power consumption
 
  High Flow, High Pressure, Low Power Axial Flow Control Valves – a small pilot solenoid valve controls the position of this large shut-off valve
