Fluid Control Systems

Many of Marotta’s fluid control solutions are in the form of complete systems, from a complex combination of mechanical components optimized and packaged in a compact manifold, to a precise flow or pressure regulator in combination with a Marotta electronic controller.

Solenoid Valves - working pressures up to 10,000 psi, and flow rates up to 2000 SCFM (pneumatic) and 5000 GPM (hydraulic).
 

Pressure Reducers and Regulators - pressure reducers are used in conjunction with pressure relief valves to control system pressure. Pressure regulators include an integral relief valve to accurately maintain system pressure without the need for an additional relief valve. Pressure reducers are commonly used in manifold configurations that include relief valves, filters, shut-off valves, bypass valves and gauges

Pressure Reducing Manifolds - include pressure reducers, relief valves, filters, shut-off valves, bypass valves and gauges for space and weight savings, ease of maintenance, and configuration control (see Tech Info/FAQ #3).

Relief Valves – soft-opening and closing relief valves with excellent, repeatable control and a tight cracking/reseat pressure band due to upstream-pressure control. (see Tech Info/Case Study 1 - 239.4K PDF file).

Check Valves – available in a wide variety of body and seat materials for optimum performance

Specialty Valves – many of Marotta’s valve model names begin with “SPV”, designating a specialty application often designed for a specific customer. Many of these specialty valve designs are later used to develop products for a broader customer base.
