Stand Alone and Cartridge Designs

Ideal for applications using Helium, Nitrogen, Xenon, CO2, Argon, Oxygen, GHe, GOX, freshwater and more.  Marotta’s pressure regulators / reducers provide precise adjustment across a wide range of flows and pressures.  Stand alone and cartridge designs, spring and dome references, and pneumatically controlled (piloted).

Pressure Reducers Lightweight, dual capacity with a wide range of regulated outlet pressures.  Our pressure reducers, commonly used in conjunction with pressure relief valves to control system pressure, feature the Marotta-originated balanced poppet and a metallic sensing poppet.  This design virtually nullifies all pressure forces acting on the poppet, therefore even widely varying inlet pressures have little effect on the regulated pressure.

Metallic pistons maintain constant sensing area and eliminate “diaphragm fatigue” failures.  Several piston sizes are available for selection depending upon outlet pressure range and accuracy desired.

Pressure Regulators

The pressure regulators, in addition to the above, offer an integral relief valve.  This arrangement provides assurance against over pressure which may result from thermal effects or accidental seat damage.

Our pressure regulators offer an integral relief valve to accurately maintain system pressure without the need for an additional relief valve.

Hand Regulators are also available – Spring or dome loaded regulators for high pressure air systems.
