Marotta has been a leading supplier of aircraft components for generations, since it became involved with the Bell X-1 when Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier.  Marotta's advances in valve technology, including the balanced poppet design, became a standard on military and commercial aircraft.  We have been a major supplier of fluid controls to all manned space programs, and are the largest supplier of specialty fluid controls to the International Space Station.  Whave been a major supplier to the Boeing Commercial Aeroplane Group, Bombardier, and Microtecnica of Turin. We are certified to Boeing D1-9000, Bombardier’s QD 4.6-40, and Snecma’s quality standards.
