Representative in Italy

Marotta Controls, through the assistance of the U.S. Commercial Service in Rome, has signed an agreement with Globavia Spa to act as its agent throughout Italy. Globavia was chosen because of its established reputation in the Italian aerospace and defense market and for its in-country through-life support. It offers a complete range of sales, marketing and technical support services, providing full supply chain network management for military and commercial programs. Headquartered in Rome, Globavia also maintains offices in Fiumicino and Malpensa.
"This is a strategically important step in the continued development of our European presence," said Michael Leahan, senior vice president and chief sales office of Marotta Controls. "We have developed advanced product offerings in control actuation systems and high-efficiency power supplies for our military customers. These technologies are ideally suited to the innovative culture of the European market, and need a strong, flexible local partner to represent the Marotta Controls brand."
Globavia will support Marotta Controls with developing new opportunities, enhancing the already well established trust and confidence for Marotta Controls products. Globavia will represent Marotta Controls' full line of advanced control technologies throughout Italy.
